Ronnie Hays is the alterego of an ungracefully aging musical refugee who's given name is Ron Rohlf. Mr. Rohlf is also the midwife of a netwebb waystation called "Loopcircus." Loopcircus is the home of Mr. Rohlf's many seemingly conflicting interests ranging from the psychosocial theories of Dr. Claire W. Graves, to his own periodic politial spasms.
